“The condo was very nice but the listing was misleading, it’s not “steps” from the beach. We weren’t made aware of some of the rules until the day before check in and some were not ideal such as we couldn’t leave anything in the bed of the truck and nothing on the balcony so all our beach/fishing stuff had to come into the condo which was not ideal. The condo was very clean, lots of extras were included and communication was amazing.”

“The unit itself was nice, very well kept and photos met our expectations except for 1 important detail. We had NO idea this property had been divided into 3 units with one of the units upstairs. The floors and walls are very thin. The unit next to us had a dog that barked for 2 straight hours while they were out for the evening. Every time someone checked in above us you could hear them walk and talk so loud that we had to use ear plugs to get sleep. On our last night a group of 10 checked in,...

“Incredible condo with everything you could ask for and more! The host was amazing, communication incredible and the views were fantastic. We all especially loved the beach activity closet and the comfortable beds!!”

“It was a fitting space for what we needed during a move. No washer/dryer availability but luckly we still were able to laundry at the house we were moving from. Overall worked out okay for what we needed. ”

“This space was awesome!!!! Included beach towels… a small cooler.. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Parking is great bc u can park anywhere. I thought by pictures and map that we would b able to walk to Hannah park beach but that was a no go, but turned out just fine to b dropped off for beach baptism. We enjoyed this location bc very great restaurants are close… for having rented a car… and close enough for a day in st Augustine and then over to Amelia island.. great location for exploring. Pool...
