“Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids.”

“Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.”

“What an amazing stay! Really exceeded our expectations!! The villa was amazing- it was huge, very clean and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the little details and personalised treatment we received made our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet had so much variety and the food delicious! Thank you Four Points team for making our stay one to remember! We will definitely come back again”

“Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav.”

“Mutiara is not a typical beach resort—it’s a true eco-resort designed with tradition and sustainability in mind. It’s also actively run by the long-time owner—no corporate chains here. The most important things to be prepared for: no AC and no hot water. You sleep in lovely teak and rattan cottages with mosquito nets and plenty of fans. Which means this is a chance to experience what SE Asia was like 40-50 years ago (and of course the same way lots of locals live today). The food is terrific,...
