“There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

“問題点 1️⃣チェックインに困った Air bnb運用者が行ってると思う、チェックinが出来ず困ってると、エントランスに居た女性が部屋の管理人の所に案内して貰った チェック前に先方と連絡をしておく必要がある 2️⃣ベッドのスプリングが痛い 3️⃣枕が臭い 4️⃣バスタオルだけしか無い フェイスタオルが欲しい 5️⃣アメニティがほとんど無し、 ① トイレットペーパーなし ② シャンプーなし ③ 歯ブラシなし ④ セーフティーボックス無し 6️⃣ 部屋のメンテナンスが悪い、 ① シャワーのお湯が出てこない ② 流しの蛇口がぐらつく ③ 後付けシャワーカーテンは落ちる Air bnbでもランクは下だと思う、 7️⃣ 良かった点は ①冷蔵庫有り ②電子レンジが有り ③電気ポット有り ④ 1階にコンビニが有る ⑤タクシーがエントランス近くに待機してる ”

“No hot water. No cleaners. Reception was useless in calling maintenance. Washing machine leaking, air conditioner in room leaking which caused minor flooding in the room and kitchen. Brown out lost power to the room with no backup generator. Had to leave to room because of no power. Very disappointed with this hotel.”
