“Everything was good”

“Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. “We came to Newport for the Newport Jazz Festivsl. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. Kelly was the most responsive and truly helpful host I have ever met!! The place was spotless. The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen very clean, and the floors dust-free. The sofa was super comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. The home was also quiet and air-conditioned. We could not have been happier! ”

“Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings.
