However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. “Fantastic location, easy access and great communication, however we found the apartment needed supplies such as dish towels, paper towels, a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo also needs a complete thorough cleaning. Surfaces are clean, but the walls and ceilings are very dirty.”

“The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...
