Sheri and Jeff were the most accommodating of hosts and truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and fun. We used the bikes on the property and were lucky enough to take a pontoon cruise with the hosts our last night. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We can’t wait to come back!”

Can’t say enough good things about this place and all the great memories made with family - from hanging out in the deck and around the fire pit, to playing pool, to watching boats go by through the amazing lake view windows, it was a truly magical experience. “Wow! We were absolutely amazed by the wonderful hospitality of these hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and provide such a peaceful and gorgeous setting on Sugar Island. The house was perfect for our large family and everyone was very comfortable. The small store on site has ice cream, cold drinks and unique treasures. ”

“Nice clean place. Had everything we needed. And watching the ships go by was a huge bonus. ”

“Shari was a great host that added in some unexpected perks. We had a great ladies outing and will be telling people about this place for a long time.”

“Property was a ways from town and had to take a ferry to get there, but my fault for not reading description carefully. Cabin was exceptionally clean and very well stocked towels, bedding, cooking accessories. Owner responded in a timely manner.”

“We stayed for a week with our three kids (11, 15, 17) and had an AMAZING time! Found plenty to do within 60 minutes, and also enjoyed 3/4 days just hanging at the house. The beach was better than we imagined, watching the freighters was a family affair, the ferry was a breeze and evening fires on the sandy beach was a favorite. We also saw the aforementioned red fox on several occasions, which was cool. We brought our kayaks and loved taking them out. Would love to plan a return trip!”

“Very beautiful with all amenities included. Short distances to local areas of interest. Game rooms enjoyed by all. Plenty of bedrooms for our nine family members; no one was crowded nor lacked privacy. Would stay there again and highly recommend.”
