“The playground is very unsafe with the large slide almost completely disconnected from the top (all screws on left side disconnected and slide hanging off). They didn’t have any facial tissue in the room, not even an empty box. They didn’t have any cribs available for infants. This place left a lot to be desired, since we were only there for a night it was passable. The managers were kind but not terribly adept. “I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.”
