“Great place to stay, I would not recommend if you have knee-problems are old age, because this place has stairs (we were on the third floor). There were issues with the internet as we had to use someone’s internet during our stay. And the air conditioning unit would blow cold air on top and hot air on the sides. We would come back to a hot hot room. Other than that, it was in a safe neighborhood and the bus stop was conveniently in front of the place!”

“It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

“Alexandra and Harry were wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Their guest house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even during the hot summer days, the space stayed nice and cool (A/C and fans provided). The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and quite hilly (a good little workout!). “When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”
