“Our stay was beautiful, accommodations were perfect for us! The condo was well stocked with essentials as well! Parking was definitely our only “issue” but as long as you get back early, you’ll be able to find a parking spot! Parking across the road isn’t bad either, traffic is really in that area.”

“This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location. ”

“My family stayed here for several days over Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and bright. We enjoyed spending time on the patio and by the pool. Good location. Magics Beach is small but very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The Mermaid Studio is a hidden gem south of Kona. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The grounds are gorgeous and it has the best outdoor shower I've ever been in. It's large and clean, and I didn't want to get out! The property is a two-minute walk from excellent snorkeling. The drive to the property is beautiful with winding roads and lush greenery all around. All of the basic supplies were available on arrival. I would absolutely stay here...

“When I made the reservation, it was listed as one full (?) bed and roll out sofa. I was surprised to to find an additional full size bed in the living room. which worked out great for us. It should make it more "rentable" in the future. 2 wishes: 1) better directions to get to the property, e.g. make a turn onto Haleki'i St then ... 2) Have some kind of visual identifier to make sure we were at the correct property, e.g. a sign "Casa Grateful" or photo of the outside the house and door. We really appreciated how fast Kenya answered our questions and reached out before we had questions before getting there. The house came with more than essentials which was so helpful as we have dietary restrictions and needed a working kitchen. The bed was comfy!
