“The property was great, clean, and all inclusive of everything advertised. Theresa the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the area and customs. Also, Liz the property manager was really nice, organized, and helpful. Theresa and Liz arranged our transportation to and from the airport with Reyes, very nice and prompt. Caren organized several of our excursions. The area is very walkable, lots of restaurants, stores, bars and very friendly people. We had a blast. Thank you”

“The condo is beautifully decorated with murals and well laid out. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My husband and I loved evenings on the balcony overlooking the Relaxing Pool.We stayed two weeks and had housekeeping in halfway through. Miguelina is a treasure. While we were out she even did our laundry, which we did not expect. Good restaurants within walking distance. ”

“Our family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay at playa Turquesa I-202.Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us. The view and access to the wonderful beach surpassed expectations. Water wasn't a concern as a water bubbler was one of many appliances and getting it refilled was as easy as sending a text. No worries about lugging plastic water bottles or jugs to the room which was a relief. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Looking forward to going back!”

“I love the property and we enjoyed the unit - would have loved a nicer set up on the rooftop but the space for two of us is perfect!! Our blender didn't work, my husband and I both have protein smoothie daily and Liz, the property manager showed up at the door within an hour with a brand new one for our stay!! Amazing job by the groundskeepers but the beach is so beautiful here and something must be done about the Sargassum Seaweed left on either side the odor is powerful. Despite that we loved...

“The condo was only a few steps from a beautiful beach with a great ocean view from the balcony . It had all the amenities to make my 7 week a perfect vacation , a quiet area in the east end of Cabarete about a 30 minute walk to the main town , but several little grocery stores and small restaurants just a short walk away. There is a little bus that goes into town for only 50 pesos and comes by frequently or you could rent a car but beware of the crazy drivers here.(no road rules here ). Nice...
