Fue la primera vez que dormí en este tipo de alojamiento y la verdad quedé sorprendida. Para estancias cortas la verdad está muy bien.

Me gustó la limpieza, el espacio es reducido por lo cual sería bueno agregar vestidores ya que si te quedas en módulo no tendrás espacio para cambiarte. Yo llegue en bus desde barajas hay que transbordar pero nada complicado, si lo recomiendo, el persona fue amable y atento con cada duda. Todo estaba limpio 👍

Correcto para pocos días
Buena ubicación y limpieza. Si bien sabíamos que la habitación era chica (se llama mini mini) estaría bueno que tenga lockers o algo fuera de la misma ya que es incómodo para guardar las cosas (solo se puede debajo de la cama). El lugar no tiene terraza ni ventanas al exterior en ninguna parte, estaría bueno que tenga algo

Prisvärt och bra boende
Ett utmärkt boende med närhet till allt vad Madrid kan erbjuda. Fräscht och lugnt, med trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Kommer definitivt bo där igen nästa gång jag besöker Madrid.

We arrived at the Hotel in the evening, the front door was locked and we had to wait a while for someone to let us in. The reception only speak Spanish, we do not but we got by. The receptionist took us to our ‘room’, IT IS NOT A ROOM, IT IS A BOX WITH A BED INSIDE! We booked a room not a bunk. There is no room around the bed at all, therefore no room for luggage etc. The electricity in ‘the room’ did not work, no lighting at all and no power. The ‘room’ had a very unpleasant odour, we could not stay in this ‘room’. We advised the staff we could not stay, as I say they do not speak English and we do not speak Spanish. I immediately booked another hotel on hotels.com. The next morning I contacted hotels.com as I could not get to speak to anyone at the hotel who could speak English. After many calls with hotels.com they advised they would look into this for me and get back to within 72hrs. After 24hrs hotels.com came back to me to advise they could not get the Modular Suites hotel to agree to a refund and they have now closed the matter. Unbelievable!!!!’

Excelente custo benefício.
Ficamos num módulo de casal no quarto n.1, era na parte superior. O tamanho não era apertado ou não dava sensação de claustofobia. Módulo com televisão, colchão e travesseiros bem confortáveis. A decoração bem moderna e com toque de sofisticação. Banheiros bem limpos. O reservado do chuveiro é que poderia ter uma área seca, para se vestir maior. Mas no geral atende bem as necessidades. A localização é excepcional, muito perto da Plaza Mayor e de todos os principais pontos turísticos. Ao lado do metro e restaurantes. O atendimento principalmente dos rapazes que trabalham na recepção foi excelente com dicas de restaurantes e bares.

Huge surprise
I think I made a big mistake when I reserved this hotel. I don't know if I was distracted but when I got there I found out that I did not have a real room ; it was just a something like a big locker, a whole in the wall where they have accomodated a bed and another medium size locker for my suitcase. I think this information was not clear when I made the reservation. As soon as I saw that I left and did not stay there. A refund would be welcome!

Excellent place to stay; would recommend to anyone
Absolutely superb! Both the owner and the manager were really kind and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean - the rooms, showers and kitchen. Great amenities in the kitchen and really thoughtful touches e.g napkins, jam. Thank you Modular Hostels for a great stay!!

A nice holiday
We stayed for 6 nights: nothing special to complain about :)! The staff was wery friendly, we slept good and the location was great (you can easily walk almost anywhere you want)

The staff was super nice and gave me amazing tips about what to do in Madrid. My room was great and they gave me nice amenities. The share kitchen is also cool. The only problem on the hotel is the size of the outside shower and the really tiny walls. I could hear all the guests noise in the night. It could be a problem.

Clean and comfortable
I really like my stay here. The Modular room we had was very comfortable. The communal facilities were very clean. The kitchen area was excellent. We did find it get a bit warm in our cabin but overall this was an excellent place to stay. It was also close to the centre and next to underground station.
