"Very good accommodation — clean and spacious. Very close to the station, just a 2-minute walk. It has a washer and dryer, as well as a kitchen. I truly recommend it."

"Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación y el desayuno, que es muy completo. La habitación es muy pequeña para dos personas; y lo mismo cuenta para la cama, que es de una plaza grande y apenas cupimos mi marido y yo. Reservamos tres habitaciones, dos singles y una doble y eran exactamente iguales. Además, la cama está pegada a la pared y si te toca ese lado no es nada cómodo salir de la cama. La ducha está bien pero para mí el agua no estuvo lo suficientemente caliente."

"Como recomendación práctica, generalmente no se habla mucho inglés en Japón es muy raro fuera de Tokyo encontrar personas que hables inglés entonces es tener paciencia y usen su traductor de portátil o celular para traducir, si es que no hablan japonés."

"Worst hotel experience of my life! First they are not in nagano they are in other city like 40 minutes from the downtown, you need to take a bus and then walk through a dark and rough road !!! they hotel have a little bus with just 10 seats for like 400 rooms and just with 4 different hours to take it to downtown but it’s super old and it’s always fully reserved !!!! the hotel is super old and ugly, the service sucks, they don’t even speak English and took us more than a hour to make the check in and they offer to take some water and peanuts to wait jajajajaja We book 3 nights but we just stay one night and we book other one even if that make us loosing the money we paid !!! We felt like I was in North Korea the design is awful and super old , to be honest I never expected something like that in Japan! We already was traveling through more than 6 different cities of Japan and every hotel was very good and clean but this one was super the opposite ! They should call them self a hotel or even a resort! the carpet on the room and in the lobby have blood, they just never clean it !!! This kind of property doesn’t should be able to be in a web like Expedia ! Take care of them. "
