Unit was exactly as described. Very clean others had mentioned long weight lines for the elevator and fortunately we did not have that experience. It was maybe five minutes at the most but there are only four elevators for 43 floors so factor that in the unit was perfect. Only thing to consider is there are not a lot of restaurant options near the hotel we used Uber to most.

We loved this unit, it had all we needed. The elevator was hard to get, we had to wait a while for it sometimes. The safe didn’t work. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was so convenient. The balcony was so long with an amazing view! We had a great time at Hallandale Beach.

We really enjoyed everything from start to finish. The host was great, easy to contact and sent helpful updates. The space was very clean, neat and organized. Very nicely decorated and with plenty of room for a family of four. You can't beat the view, a great balcony to enjoy a coffee and take in the sunrise.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was beyond friendly and hospitable. The food in this area is out of this world! Make sure you hit Le Tub, Juniper on the Water, Taco Bar, and of course The Patagonia Bakery!

The unit is just as described and the condo and its services are excellent. The staff was super nice and serviceable. The location is also super convenient. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and took full advantage of the amazing amenities. We played pickle ball (on a tennis court), racquetball (fantastic air conditioned court), extremely well appointed gym (used it everyday), great access to the beach with an umbrella, 2 beach lounges and towels included and a lovely pool and hot tub. We also really enjoyed the really long balcony with an amazing view of the ocean!

Dirty floors/carpet (which had a needle in it and went into my daughter’s foot). 2 ceiling lights didn’t work which made it dark. No kitchen towels/wash rags. Very poor water pressure in bathroom with double beds. Lady sent to clean after day 1 complaint didn’t speak English and she didn’t even know what to clean. We had to translate to each other through an app. Mopping the dirty floors consisted of spraying something on the floor and going over it with a swiffer. She only “mopped” the area I pointed to because she didn’t understand and I was too frustrated to have to keep translating. No one who works in this building speaks English so they couldn’t help with any questions we had. We are still in the US, so as guests of the property we should have English speaking help when needed. No one told us which elevators to use upon check in and there are several which go to certain floors only. Owner didn’t tell us there were two towers so our Uber dropped us off at wrong tower and we had to drag all of our luggage across A1A. Bedding very ratty looking. Listed as a resort, which typically means there is a restaurant, but no, nothing! Complained to ‘security’ twice at pool about someone sitting next to us smoking cigarettes. They did nothing and I ended up having to confront the man, which is not my job! Quite certain this drunk person was a resident. There is supposed to be food available from Costera but Monday-Thursday not available. It took 2 hours to get chips.

Nice efficient two bedroom unit. However did not find out about the mandatory resort fee and valet parking fee until later in the process. In addition towels were disappointing and the kitchen had zero supplies such as paper towels. Only one plastic bag was available for garbage. No salt and pepper or any cooking supplies. Worst of all was the wait for elevators. Sometimes people would walk down 39 flights of stairs instead of waiting for very long periods of time. Of note was a beautiful facility for training and working out on the sixth floor.

The room itself was clean and the hosts were wonderful to work with. There was a slight issue when we came…we didn’t have any proper bedding for the pull out couch and not enough towels for 6 people. Laure and her team were easy to reach and made sure we got what we needed right away. Thank you!

This wonderful condo is part of a beautiful property in a great location. The entire resort facility as well as the condo is very clean, very well-staffed, very first class. Our host/owner was very helpful in preparing us for our stay. It would have been very difficult to find a better place.

Only problem is the elevator in the building, 2 or 3 out of 4 were Working and sometimes, waiting Time can go to 30 minutes. This has nothing to do with the owner of the unit but more the management of the building.

Our stay was just what we needed. All 9 days were RELAXING and adventurous. Zen Rentals was excellent and the condo at Hyde was beautiful. The staff were 5 star. Running into other guest was always pleasant. Thank you for the amazing service. Hollywood, Florida is one of my favorite places now. I can’t wait to go back.

I liked everything about the property. I loved the room and would not mind staying there again. I also love that it's close to the beach and I was able to catch the sunrise.
