"I recently stayed at the Nova Hotel in Brooklyn and had a delightful experience. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore New York City on a budget – it offers easy access to Manhattan via the nearby L line, making it super convenient without the chaos of staying directly in the city. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, although we never stayed out beyond 9 pm. The accommodations were clean, modern, and very comfortable – everything you’d want after a long day of sightseeing. What stood out to me was the quality of the service. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I want to mention Sonali at the front desk especially – she went above and beyond to assist with everything from local recommendations to helping me navigate transportation options. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend the Nova Hotel to anyone visiting NYC who wants comfort, convenience, and excellent service on a budget."
