“The property was very VERY small, and despite the pictures showing a driveway, the day we were arriving I received an email with instructions that said the driveway was NOT part of this unit and we needed to park on the street. The property is much smaller than it looks in the photos, so much so that my daughter felt claustrophobic from the moment we stepped in, let alone when we went upstairs to the very small second bedroom. “The house over-all is fine. Master bedroom bed is very squeaky and you can feel every move of your partner but comfortable. Wish we could have gone in and out of the back door where we have to park without someone having to lock and unlock from the inside. We had to use the front door as this had the padlock. Travis and Tracy were very accommodating and quick to respond. ”

“The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed and the basket with spaghetti, sauce, and snacks was a nice touch. The location is very quiet and worked out well for visiting family in Colorado Springs and all other activities we had planned.”

Nice halfway spot between colorado springs and woodland park, which we enjoyed hiking in both of these cities and of course, visiting Garden of the Gods.We loved the hot tub and enjoyed it most days after hiking in the morning.
