So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball. “The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!”

“The Oak is a beautifully restored home that was welcoming and inviting. We had 7 adults on our trip to SXS at Windrock and this place was perfect. The kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs and the living room had plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the front porch during sunset and coffee time. We would definitely go back. Shawn was always available if needed. Check in and out was a piece of cake! Definitely recommend The Oak!”

“The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again.”
