“Thanks for the great stay”

“This place is in a quiet area. It’s close to shopping, water, and restaurants. It gave us a great central location. It was very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location, nice and clean, had everything you could need, comfy bed, lovely outside area.”

“The host was very responsive to emails. The house was everything we expected and very convenient for where we wanted to go. If visiting in winter, the house was plenty warm enough, but we would recommend slippers unless you are happy to wear outside shoes indoors. The rooms aren't carpeted so slippers would have been lovely. There was everything we needed in the kitchen.”

“Great property and space and location excellent. Our only complaint was the beds were very hard and could benefit from some toppers.”

“Good location for the clinic I attended. Nice to walk to the Glen Field reserve.Difficult security door to navigate, on average it was 6 x of entering the door code.Parking was on the road, not problematic but I had a lot of gear to carry to the rear of the property. There was no Netflix included.I specifically asked to self cater, the set up was a bit awkward to prepare and cook food. They supplied a pot and fry pan but no utensils to cook with! I asked management but they said it was reflected...

“The Hosts are very Welcoming and their lovely home is very accomodating, perfect for small-medium families or group of friends. Check-in process went smoothly and hosts made sure of that via instructions. Great location, close to Mairangi bay & Browns Bay Definitely recommend this lovely home! ”

“Unfortunately they were not clear re entry code Dish cloths were dirty and as we were staying 5 nights I think it would be helpful to have more than one tea towel”

“We loved our stay at Ruby’s! The location was perfect for our needs. The house is so cute, warm and very well appointed. We enjoyed the generous breakfast offering and slept well with comfortable beds and pillows.Dealing with Ruby was super easy with great communication. All information was clear. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend Ruby’s!”

“We love this place! The tile work in the kitchen and baths is exquisite. This unit says it will sleep six, but feedings would be a major issue, as the dinnerware is almost nonexistent, with no dinner plates that would meet American standards in evidence. The smallest spoons in evidence are what we would call serving spoons, or large tablespoons. There was no coffee machine, so we bought one, and left it there for future use of others. We met the owner of the property, who maintains a delightfully...

“Great location and layout. Suited our group well. Spa was a nice bonus ”

“Property was large and generally clean. The property furnishings and layout, varies greatly from the images, which look like they have been taken from a prior property sale campaign. We paid more for this property vs other larger homes to have more homely and luxurious furnishings, and we arrived to find very basic settings. Almost all rooms set up with multiple, uncomfortable bedding better suited to a sports team or similar. An example is the master in the photo had one large bed where in...

“It's an older property, but the long driveway was so broken and overgrown we parked on the roadside. The upstairs toilet is badly stained and the toilet seat not properly fitted. The TV has a dark shadow from top to bottom. With no washing line and only one small clothes airer and six pegs it would not be sufficient for a family. The heat pump needs servicing as it squeals while on. The garden is well overgrown at the back and side. Only one dish drying towel was provided. On the upside,...
