“This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room, great amenities, friendly host, Nice area. Great recommendation for local restaurant, Joey Ks, from the host. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will definitely be back. Also, the cats who like at the hoats house are nice and friendly and filled my need to love on animals during our trip away from our furkids.”

“We stayed for my daughters college graduation. This place was perfect. I honestly cannot think of any negative things to say, besides I wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again - 10 out of 10 ”

“Overall the property was good and the location is literally 5 mins from bourbon street. Parking is kind of a task if you’re traveling with more than two cars. The kitchen was upstairs, so if you’re traveling with older adults be sure they can go up and down the stairs. Only thing I can say that was a con was we didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub because it wasn’t cleaned for us. That’s the only reason I took a star away. “We stayed here for Bayou Boogaloo, the Mid-City annual music fest (check it out, if you haven’t). Location was perfect, walking distance to festival, trolley, grocery stores, restaurants, you name it. And it’s quiet!! Just enough off the main drag to be just perfect. I’d definitely stay here again! And Ben, the host, was very communicative.”

“First, this location is a block off the quarter. Makes access to all French Quarter sites walkable. Jackson Square a little far but still doable. Security of building was first rate. Check in process was easy. Liked this location as it’s close enough to the action without being in the middle of it (noise, etc). Now, the unit itself. Plenty clean and orderly. “We enjoyed staying here. There was always free on street parking and the street car stop was at the corner. We liked being able to do our laundry and having the space to relax. There were places to eat within a short distance. It was great having double sinks in the bathroom so we could get ready for the day at the same time. ”

The separate game room was highlight that was really unique to this rental. The unit is in a safe location within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
