“My wife and I were in town for a music festival in Greenback and wanted a relaxing “home base” for the event. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. Plenty to do on the property with private pool and spa, game room with pool table and darts, etc. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. ”

“Several family members had to fly into Knoxville late in the eve so we used the house as a meeting spot for 1 night . The house was exactly what was needed and it would be a great place to stay for a longer time if we were to stay in the area . ”

“Smokey’s Bunkhouse was the perfect place to stay for our multi-family trip to the Smokies. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 1 to 15 years old and it was a great fit for everyone! Close to town, Dollywood, WalMart, but secluded enough to feel far away. The property is very quiet. We loved the kids being able to sleep and play downstairs. Relaxing in the hot tub was great!
