“I loved that they were no kids. Only adults and pets. Quiet and calm surroundings. ”

“It was a really nice property in a good area with a beautiful view. The pool and grilling areas were nice and clean. My only complaint is that it was a little dirty when we got there the carpet and couches had pet hair on them as well as the floor and the bedrooms. Other besides that the beds and bathrooms were clean all of the beds were comfortable. I would and definitely will be staying here again on my next trip.”

“This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.”

“Quiet and spacious place. Check in instructions were clear. Unfortunately, the blinds could not be adjusted to prevent sunlight through in the morning. Some missing light bulbs on the table lamps. It was otherwise very clean”

“Beautiful apartment complex with secure parking. The secure parking can only be accessed after you enter the building and get the keys (there is a fob for the gate), and this must be done through the parking garage's first-floor entrance. The directions for the entrance to the first-floor apartments were confusing and wrong. It made for a long first night of confusion. However, it was amazing after that. I hope they get their system straightened out. :-) ”

“Be aware of the homeless. We walked to our destinations and every street has homeless people. I wasn’t prepared for that with my teenage daughter. The facility was located in a great spot for downtown. ”
