“I have no idea how this hotel came so highly rated, stay away! We stayed three nights, and here is what my impressions were: First off the pictures are deceptive at best. They are of probably the best room in the entire hotel, or highly outdated, because the place does not look like that in real life. “Avoid! This property was a major disappointment. The room I was given was not in a liveable or hygienic condition, and nothing matched the standards shown online. The environment was unsafe for me, especially as I’m disabled and rely on clean, accessible accommodation. I informed the staff immediately, but they were unhelpful and refused to offer a refund, despite the serious condition of the room. I had to leave for my own health and safety.
