“Buen hotel, limpio, staff agradable”

“Very good and good location Thanks”

“An outdated, kitschy, and not very comfortable hotel. The location isn’t bad, and the staff is very professional and friendly, but I think they should really update their décor — it feels very old-fashioned.”

“Amazing location for the hotel. Andrew at the front door was amazing and super helpful every time. Definitely a great place to stay in the middle of the old quarter. ”

“It was the most comfortable place I have enjoyed to stay and being there made a first time trip to Hanoi that much better. It was outstanding.”

“I love this hotel, centrally located, the breakfast amazing, you have menu And buffet, the room so good(Netflix), and staff DARÍA amazing person you feel like home..”

“The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter close to the lake, food and all the chaos expected when travelling to Hanoi! The breakfast was excellent and Mr Trahun made it so comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, great place thanks.”

“This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. The mirrors and doors are covered in fingerprints and dirty smudges. The high touch areas, like handles, hair dryer and tv remote were greasy. Also, the towels were clean, but were very worn...
