“Excellent”

“The hotel has a perfect location! The breakfast buffet is incredibly generous, with a great variety of delicious options. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a beer or a cocktail while relaxing. I also can’t say enough about the outstanding service from the entire staff, especially Jenny, who was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!”

“The location is perfect, close to attractions a short walk away from Hoan Kiem lake area. The staff are so helpful, giving useful tips. The room has everything you need. A comfortable stay. Would recommend.”

“This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. The mirrors and doors are covered in fingerprints and dirty smudges. The high touch areas, like handles, hair dryer and tv remote were greasy. Also, the towels were clean, but were very worn...

“Staffs are helpful. Thanks I like breakfast special are sticky rice. Hotel is close central, very convenient.”

“I have no idea how this hotel came so highly rated, stay away! We stayed three nights, and here is what my impressions were: First off the pictures are deceptive at best. They are of probably the best room in the entire hotel, or highly outdated, because the place does not look like that in real life. Expect dirty walls, doors to hallways that bleed lots of light, barely functioning air conditioning, a grimy entrance and floorboards that are coming up. That was our first night. Also finding the...
