We had a couple issues when we arrived but it was all quickly taken care of. The unit needs a fresh coat of paint and carpet cleaning but otherwise was clean.

I arrived at 4am to bedding thst was soiled and smelled like wet hair. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer on site and I later learned of additional bedding in the closet that sppeared clean. Besides that when I had an issue the property manager responded quickly. The neighborhood felt safe. Couldn't rollerblade in the community though. Besides cleanliness which i had to do the overall stay was pleasant

I have booked through VRBO 10-15 times. This is the first property I have not been very pleased with. Very minimal furnishings. It sleeps 6-7 but there is only room for 5 people to sit in the living room. It had a very large dining space with absolutely no furniture except 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There were no instructions on how to use the coffeemaker and I could not get it to work. The parking space was so small I had to park Diagonal in order not to get a ticket or get towed. There is usually at least 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but this only had 1 in each and usually 1 roll of paper towels and there were none. I was going to fix a dinner one night for some relatives that were in the area, but because of the lack of furnishings and the lack of parking this was not possible. The location was just ok, but not horrible. I will have to say it was very clean.

It was nice having a house close to the events that we flew across country to enjoy. It was also nice to be able to have a place to visit with family and relatives. The place was not as clean as I would’ve expected but other than that we had a great time.

Great place would suggest to the owner to invest in a sectional couch. Living room furniture was outdoor lawn furniture and was not comfortable.After a long day out and aboutbit would thave been nice to come back to relax and watch TV. Everything else was great. The addition of a sectional would make it perfect.

Place looked clean on the surface. As we got into it we saw dirt and debris in the carpet on stairs and upper floor. Walls are filthy especially on edges. Tile floors had buildup of dirt in corners in kitchen and dining area. There was hair on all the sheets so we washed them and it was missing sheets after saying they were provided. Towels that were provided looked like leftovers from other guests. Livingroom furniture is patio furniture and stained. Wants guests to wash linens and dishes prior to leaving but no detergent. We bought our own. After the second day we noticed a roach. By fourth day they were everywhere. Reached for coffee pot to make coffee and roaches scattered. We washed every dish before eating on it. They were on diningroom table, dead in cabinets and live ones running from us. Packed up early, went to hotel. Couldn't spend another night there.

There was a broken kitchen chair, broken slider door lock and lanai door. Grill was rusty and not clean. There was black mold in the master shower, and worst of all, cockroaches!

My first day getting there the upstairs was like a furnace. We didn’t know what happened until we’ve called the contact Steve. He saids the guy had to turn it down and never called us back to tell us why he had to control the AC. But it didn’t turn on right away, it took until the rest of the night for it to be cool. Then we went out the next day and came home to the same thing. So we eventually all figured out that they had turn it up like to around 78 or 79 whenever you leave. When you’re gone all day and is 95 and above in Florida and having to come back to a furnace.. that’s inexcusable. They also said that the parking lot will accommodate two cars, not…!! I had a Suburban and my car was sticking out passed the driveway and we were told by the neighbor that they will towed the car away if your car is passed the driveway. But the listing never said anything about this. I’m overly pissed about this whole thing. I won’t be using The Evolve Team again.

For the price the condo was good. Gated community, very nice people. The condo was clean but we did have a few issues that took the rating down. 1) Only 1 wash cloth per bathroom (need more) 2) No hand towels in the upstairs bathrooms 3) The condo is nice but needs some tender loving care. Needs painted and there was areas on the wall where you could tell an animal peed in the kitchen. There are water spots on the ceiling from a water leak. 4) The AC would keep resetting itself up to 75 degrees during the day and at night. So we would get back at 5pm from golf and the condo would be at 78 degrees. We would set the temperature down to 70 and by midnight it would be at 75 again. 5) The Garbage disposal needs cleaning. Giving off very bad Oder Would I stay here again. - NO

Good value house close to Disney, Universal, shopping, etc. The house was clean, although it could use a new coat of paint in places. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. Only a couple negatives: the space out back was covered in a thin layer of red dust/dirt, making it unusable, and we spotted a couple of small ants during our stay.

This place was nice for a quick weekend getaway. Close to a lot of stores as well. It rained everyday so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Our contact person Steve was very quick to respond to any questions.

Easy in and out. Clean and spacious for our family of 6. Pool was easily accessible. Grill worked well. Had to buy a lighter to start but was enough charcoal and lighter fluid available. A fre of the blinds were broken but did not affect our stay. Kitchen well equipped. Could have used a smaller pot and dishrag for cleaning dishes. We would definitely co sides staying g again. Kids met some new friends that live there and didn't want to leave. Only concern was gate at entrance did not work for us but we were able to sneak through the exit when we needed to.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. A minor thing is we could of used additional kitchen and bath towels. It was nice to relax in a quiet comfortable place after going to theme parks. Would recommend staying here.
