The hosts did not respond at all or send check in details after we booked so we had to contact VRBO customer service multiple times the day of check in, they tried to contact the host multiple times and finally, 4 hours after check in we got our money refunded. Since VRBO do not do same day bookings, we were left on our own to find accommodation and have to go through a tiresome process to arrange refunds, etc.
