“Lovely guest house. Rooms clean and well laid out. Beds very comfy. En suite small but has everything you need. Breakfast was fabulous, staff were very attentive without being overbearing. Good selection of cereals and pastries plus cooked options.”

“Staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean, everything worked well, breakfast was very good. 15 minute walk into Keswick for restaurants/bars etc. ”

“There are a lot of different breakfast options, and the food is great especially the bacon in Eggs Benedict and the sourdough bread. The spa bath is great, and the bathroom is nice. The only problem is the extra bed is a bit too soft, and the bed is a bit too low. Access to transport is near, as Windermere Library bus stop is near (basically in front of the hotel!), so is Windermere Railway Station as it’s an 10 minute walk via High Street. Overall the stay is pretty good.”
