“The staff was very friendly and recommended the sight seeing view points. The breakfast was very good and you have the option to choose the vegan menu. The soundproof was not so good though, we could hear the noice from floors upstairs late night and early morning.”

“Located conveniently 10 mins walk away from Bowness Bay and 5 mins walk away from the town centre. We had a good view from the room. Parking can be a challenge, but you’d be able to find a spot nearby. Overall a great stay.”

The TV remote control did not respond properly, some of the letters on the buttons had worn off, and the remote itself was quite dirty, so I did not feel comfortable touching it. In addition, The bidet toilet seat was also switched off, so I could not use it on the first day. Overall, I felt that the room facilities were not properly checked before my arrival.”
