“This was an awful experience. We arrived at 3:55 to a room that hadn’t been cleaned… it smelled, there was trash everywhere, bed was a mess, towels all over the bathroom floor. I called and was told the cleaners were running behind and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Wasn’t even offered an apology. “Our room was beautiful, clean, and pleasantly bigger than expected. We loved the location which was within walking distance to most of the sites we visited. Enjoyed breakfast and afternoon wine & cheese. Our interactions with the staff were all positive. We loved the small details provided at this property to make our stay one of our best experiences.”

“Amazing location and great staff. Just across the street from Charleston City Market in the hart of the historic downtown. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and steps from museums and shops. Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast, vine and cheese at 5pm and cookies and milk are included. A/C a bit loud. ”
