“Very good rental simple and easy. Location gave us great access to where we needed to go”

“It is a cozy and clean house, nice neighborhood, quiet, and respectful. The communication with the host was good. She was attentive and considerate. As I mentioned, it was clean, but not impeccable, the towels smell a little bit like humidity, and I think the sofas and carpet.need a good wash. One of the bedrooms was very small with only one nightstand and no TV inside. The master bedroom was nice though. The other thing, is that if you are sensitive to deodorizers, it’s full of glade plug ins ”

“Very smooth process with great communication from the host, in an excellent home.”

“Cozy little stay. 5 minutes from the strip so very convenient for those trying to same some money yet still be close to the strip.”

“La casa hermosa, con todo lo necesario, en una buena ubicación, muy tranquila y acogedora!”

“The location is great! Away from the strip yet very close. Very quiet area. Fantastic house. Lots of room. Host is wonderful. Replies back quickly. ”

“I felt very much at ease; it was a very comfortable and quiet place, close to the airport. It was truly pleasant, and the hosts were very kind.”

“My family rented this cute house while we attended an event for our daughter. It was a perfect distance from the venue and all other locations we visited in Vegas. Tons of convenient shopping and restaurants all around and a very quiet neighborhood. There is also plenty of EV chargers near the house as well, which was great. The home was a very comfortable size with plenty of space for us to relax and unwind in. It is a lived in house and has some dings and dents here and there but nothing major...

“Host was very communicative and made alternate plans for us when AC in our unit failed. Unit was nicely renovated inside. Stairs to 2nd floor are a bit steep. If you have unstable footing be sure to request first floor. The neighborhood has a lot of barking dogs so bring ear plugs. ”
