Not a lot of noise from other suites although roosters and traffic could be a problem for light sleepers. I specially liked to see the trees and views from the balcony as well as the neighbourhood overall. There is a small beach 5-10 mins walk where you can do snorkeling and see some coral and turtles. Things to keep in mind: -the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. -the parking spot is shared with the condo un front.”
