“I enjoy the stay. Just one thing that need to be corrected, the shower curtain smells bad. I know that Hawaii humidity is high and makes everything slows to dries up. Good thing Kristen provide a spray bottle of Clorox under the sink that I use to eliminate the odor.”

“Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water. “Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!”

“Our stay here in Princeville was amazing! Kimberlee was the best host, so sweet and excellent communication. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! “Place looks just like the pictures! There is AC in the bedroom if you leave the door open, It will sort of cool off the living area as well, which was nice because it was a little warmer than usual the week we were here with a high humidity!I don’t think for the price you could beat the location or the amenities. “Check in was easy and very clean place. The WiFi worked perfect and having a fridge helped a lot. The location was great and we were close to everything being on the east side. The best part was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I would recommend people to stay here and I would definitely stay again. ”

“The room is as described and the photos are accurate. It is very close to the pool and beach. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions.
