“Located convenient to South Higgins Lake State Park boat launch ramp. Ample seating both lawn and interior. Every amenity was thought of - gas grill, covered porch with picnic table, dinnerware, cooking, bath and beach towels etc. The dock is perfect for enjoying the shallow sandy entrance to the lake. Our family of 9 had the best lake rental experience. ”
