Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“The apartment is very well located, the house is what you can see in the pictures, the kitchen has everything you need. There are only some lamps but it has a lot of natural light. The owner checked quickly the mail, it was easy the arrival time, but I was not allowed to store the bags the last day to pick them up later.
