Nos ha encantado la estancia, si cercanía a la playa, la comodidad de las instalaciones La cama comodísima.. Sin duda nos han quedado ganas de más si volvemos a San Sebastián volveremos

I got double charged twice on this property by Expedia and the owner! Nightmare experience Paid for it the minute I booked on Expedia. Then the owner demanded payment in cash before letting me in. No customer service from either party. Disappointing experience and would not recommend it

The location was absolutely superb. So close to the beach, city center and old town. We had the best time. Jon was very helpful with early check in and luggage storage. I would just note, the room does get very very hot with minimal airflow. It does help with door open but we did share a balcony with an adjacent room and was pretty loud so would suggest some headphones or ear plugs! It didn’t impact our wonderful stay though - we loved every minute of it!

Fantastic location, central to the beaches, old town, and shopping, and I could see the beach. It can be noisy with the recycling trucks doing pick up on some nights, but ear-plugs helped. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The other guests were quiet and respectful of others. It would have been helpful to have the host be proactive with contact and check-in details, but once connected, everything went smoothly. Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend it.

The room location was centrally located and was very convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and not far from Old Town too. The amenities were fine and when finding the cleaning person she handed us more towels to use. There was tea (only) service in the entryway of the rentals. The room and bed were fine. Just to note, the only airflow comes from the large walkthrough windows that also have shutters. We left our hallway door open at times to enjoy the cross airflow from outdoors, otherwise it would become a little stuffy in the room. The evening temperatures were comfortable to close the large windows. Also, the location of this room is right above a Starbucks Cafe with outdoor seating. The street noise at night on the weekends and early morning can be heard easily and noises were loud!. Earplugs were needed to sleep well. The location though couldn’t be better for conveniences though! Another note communications from management was lacking. we did not receive an email from anyone after reserving room (as said in the confirmation email). I like to have information before I arrive when traveling internationally ie, we found location but no information on how to get into the building someone coming out let us in. Expedia gave management number before we left, no answer, left a message. We heard from management on What’s Ap for payment on the afternoon of our arrival date and my new credit card number. She spoke a little English, was accommodating to answer questions.
