“Parking was street parking but generally ok. House was clean and comfortable. An insurance payment in excess of the standard rate was required. I would stay there again. ”

“Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. ”

“Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. ”

“It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there. ”

“Wonderful, walkable location! Enjoyed several area restaurants, but our favorites were Mayur (Indian cuisine) and Zinc (fresh cafe). We were able to communicate easily with our host, Colleen, and our room was thoughtfully appointed. MUCH nicer than a hotel room and more affordable, too!”

“Very nice location, everything exactly like pictures. Very easy check-in. Loved having a garage to park in, never had to look for parking. We went and used the hot tub & pool. Very clean everywhere. We stayed here with extended family members. Our parents loved it. (80 year olds). It is a second floor, but the stairs were safe and easy to navigate.”

“The garage was smaller than our big SUV, which in all fairness it did say in the info—but I missed it. In any case, parking at night is challenging but not in the day and if your car fits, not a problem. The area felt fine to us, sweet neighborhood.”
