Spacious backyard with plenty of seating. The home has all the amenities you would need and then some. The hosts were very friendly, communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. A fantastic getaway. I fully expect a repeat visit and highly recommend. ”

We loved that there were bikes we could use, chairs for when we sat on the beach, and we were walking distance to so many great Newport Beach spots. My only very minor complaint was that it was located on Balboa, which can get a little noisy, but it only bothered the upstairs bedroom occupant. We brought ear plugs so it was all good. ”
