However, there was no mention about the limited parking. I contacted the owner when we were on our way there about the parking and she shared that there was only one assigned parking space in a garage for the entire home. “Property was nice and quiet and a good size for a small family. Air mattress didn't work though and the couch is very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a nice stay for just a couple of nights.”

“We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.”

“Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest.
