“Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. “This property was just Ok. It definitely needs some TLC..It’s pretty beat up. We also found the description not to be totally up to date. Although not an issue for us, the description says each of the 3 rooms also has a futon bed making it sleep 9 guests total, but each room only had 1 bed. It also shows board games in the photos as well as stating there are games, which we didn’t not find.
