“I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Nothing fancy, quite simple, but it makes up for in convenience and service. Check in was a breeze, our room was perfectly clean and spacious. For Covid reasons, we were warned that there was no housekeeping unless it is requested, but I called the hotel lobby to have my trash taken out a couple of times. “This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!”
