“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

The apartment was spotless and very well maintained.The location is excellent, and we especially valued how easy it was to get to New York City by bus—the connectivity is fantastic.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great.”
