“We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy. ”

There was a minor fly issue in garage and a few made their way inside (looks like pest control may have had a recent visit to the home which is appreciated). There was also a slight mildew smell in main bath near sinks (tolerable, but not expected).Home came equipped with all the house essentials for a multi-family stay.
