“The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. “Perfect location in the East Village. Nice that it is on the first floor so you are not having to climb lots of stairs. Great for 2 people. Check in was super easy and apartment was very clean. Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great. Overall a really good stay. Great place to come in and out of...

Easy to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave. the Metro and local restaurants/grocery stores so it was simple to get out and about to explore. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with the addition of the pack and play available to us on arrival. ”

“We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup.
