“Whenever I visit Hanoi on business (which is often) this is the hotel I choose. The staff are exceptionally friendly and pay close attention to every detail. The rooms are very comfortable and they always go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable!
The manager and all entire team are the best in the city!
Thank you for all your hospitality and for making me feel right at home, even when I’m far from home!”
“The hotel has a perfect location! The breakfast buffet is incredibly generous, with a great variety of delicious options. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a beer or a cocktail while relaxing.
I also can’t say enough about the outstanding service from the entire staff, especially Jenny, who was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed.
Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!”
