“My room didn’t have the TV Remote so i couldn’t use the TV”

“Todo bien ”

“It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. “Falta de parking, dificultad para aparcar el auto en la calle ”

“This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”

“Fue muy mala experiencia el cuarto estaba sucio En la mañana las personas mexicanas que hacían el aseo conversaban muy muy fuerte hacían mucho ruido chocando la aspiradora por todos lados y la cama muy incomoda ”

“Se nos otorgó una habitación en un tercer piso … para personas mayores subir la escalera con equipaje fue muy pesado ! El baño fuera de la habitación, fue incómodo. Y retirada teniendo que pagar Uber diariamente ! ”

“Centrally located with a hot tub to enjoy the cool Seattle evenings. Parking is not an issue as there was always a spot out front. Host has directions on all electronics with a very simple check in and out process that doesn't require you to strip bedding and doing laundry. Great week long stay!”
