“This apt worked out well for us - a family of 6 adults. One couple slept in a pull out bed in the common space, sharing a bath with another couple on the main level. Some complaints about the constant traffic noises on 62nd just outside the windows. Apt is at sidewalk level. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!”

“The property was located next to subway stations, food, and groceries. We had to ask for the door codes the day of check in even though we were supposed to receive them after 11 AM. The property was listed as brand new and clean but there were crumbs left on the floor and the eating utensils had residual food on them. We needed to wash them before using.”

“Great location!! Very nice area. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Apartment was well stocked - however, 1 bedroom was missing A/C remote. We just used 1 from another room. Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay! ”

“This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response. Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description.
