“Pleasant hotel in a good location . Only 20 min stroll to the town centre. Breakfast was very nice and excellent value . Room was clean with comfortable bed & good shower . Staff were very friendly and always keen to help if asked . ”

“Took the payment before arrival at property (opted for payment at property for the higher rate, which was the amount taken) when asked why, they did not respond to the messages. The service and room was really great and can't fault them. Overall was a good experience.”

“La habitación es muy pequeña, no estaba todo lo limpia que debería. Había moscas muertas encima de la cama, pelos en las sabanas. Las camas horribles, imposible dormir, además de la cantidad de luz que entra y el ruido de los coches de la carretera. El baño está también falto de limpieza. Imposible poner el agua a una temperatura adecuada, quemaba o salía fría, y la cantidad de agua ridícula. La casa está a las afueras, no hay prácticamente nada alrededor, más de media hora andando a la zona...

“Far enough away from City Centre but not so far you feel isolated. It is a quaint converted 19th century mansion property with a very relaxed vibe. The restaurant on the ground floor was always full of locals so you know the food is good. Everything you would expect from a local inn. Free, delicious chocolate chips cookies everyday! Within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and if you have a bike, the Peak District is also close by. I loved Sheffield and I loved the Florentine.”
