“Room clean tidy, pool area bit tired with weeds and bar area was very small, not very welcoming.”

“I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian. The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different. The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic ”

“This was our 3rd visit to The Inn at South Stainley. We had 4 days and 3 nights and again we enjoyed ourselves. We had our dinner for 3 nights at The Inn which were filling and excellent. Likewise can be said for the breakfast we also had. The room we stayed in was in premises alongside The Inn which was of a high standard and serviced daily. Hopefully we will be back. Thanks”

“Got a good deal but the hotel was not great. Quality of breakfast ingredients seemed poor. Worse case 1 small working lift for the whole hotel and it only fits 4 people with luggage. Had to wait about a lot. Overall not great.”
