- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. There are smoke detectors in the property which will go off if they detect any tobacco or recreational smoking. Smoking in the property will incur a €200 for cleaning and odor removal treatment.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
The property is located in a quiet residential area. Parties, loud music, or events are not allowed.

QUIET HOURS
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests allowed is as per your booking. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval and will be subject to additional fees.

PETS
We are pet lovers and welcome pets under 6Kgs for a fee of €50
per booking

RESPECTED SHARED SPACES
Guests have access to a shared laundry area on the ground floor, equipped with a washer, dryer, and washing materials, free of charge. Please leave the space clean and tidy for others.

KITCHEN USE
We hope you love our kitchen as much as we do. Please make the most of it, but clean up after yourself and return the items to their place after each use.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES
Please treat the property with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any significant damages caused during their stay.

LOCAL REGULATIONS
Guests are required to comply with all local laws and regulations, including providing valid identification upon check-in.

SECURITY
Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Lost keys will result in €200 charge. Excessive cleaning, or damages will result in additional charges.

STAIRS AND LOW CEILINGP
Please note that this unit is on the top level of the two-story building. You must go up two stories without elevator. Please also note that once you enter the actual unit, the ceiling is angled, and if you are taller than 1.70 cms, you must watch your head when entering the apartment.
