“This place was most excellent and relaxing. There were 7 of us (2 adults 4 young teens and a pooch) and the house was perfect. A very easy walk to the beach (tip cross over the bridge for easier access) which was less than 10 minutes away. A few options for food/coffee in town (next to beach) made it easy to augment our beach picnic fare. Up the street (5 minutes by car) is a strip mall with a Safeway, ice cream parlor, taqueria, etc. If you have desires to leave Aptos, SC and Capitola are 10-15...

“Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.”

“Wonderful beach bungalow tucked up quiet side street beyond Pixi Deli. Single story with wonderful large back patio. Owners have provided everything you need and extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and cart to wheel it a short distance to beach!! Beds comfortable, updated appliances, kitchen stocked! Ceiling fans and air conditioning perfect for warmer days . Cozy family get away. Portable crib and high chair for baby. Will stay again for sure !”
