Our structure, only a few steps away on foot from the main beach ( the "secondary" beach is reachable, again on foot, in less than five minutes...) and only three minutes away from the bar/restaurant/pizzeria ,located right in the center of the village, with the name of "il Maestrale" (closed, usually, in autumn and winter...), is completely independent (the neighboring houses are located about fifteen meters around ours. ..) and immersed in a private garden of over sixty years old shady plants that also offers a reserved parking area where you can leave your car, a relaxation area ( where, by the way, there is also a large barbecue to prepare tasty dinners of fish, meat or vegetables..) and a laundry area (where you can also take an outdoor hot shower ,in case you wanted...).
Composed of two bedrooms (the first ,double with a splendid view of the sea and, the second , twin or double with a relaxing view of the green garden ...), wisely divided by a bathroom complete with every kind of service (shower, sink and bidet), it presents a large fully equipped kitchen (we, normally, live there all year round ,so it presents every kind of accessory in order to be able to live there functionally . ..), a large living/dining room overlooking the sea and the main outdoor terrace which is a little added pearl ,as it is able to accommodate a life of reading in relaxation, a breakfast to start the day, a lunch under the shelter of shade curtains and a dinner to enjoy the sunset over the sea that every evening is always different from the previous evening...

We offer internet service to stay connected to the everyday world, satellite television, small wifi system, pellet stove and wood-burning fireplace for the colder season and air conditioner for the warmer season (we hardly resort to this, as the house is well exposed and insulated..).

We are less than ten km drive from the most majestic, fascinating and extensive dunes of the entire European continent :Piscinas !
Here, you find real mountains of sand and experience the impression of being in the middle of the real desert ; an experience not to be missed !

Between our small village and Piscinas, one can find countless beaches , of ochre-colored and often deserted sand, and a few rocky cliffs that plunge into the emerald sea.

In Gutturu and its closest surroundings, you can enjoy the sea at 360° to three "s": Sand, Sun and Water Sports (snorkeling, swimming, underwater and surface fishing, kayaking, sup, dinghy rides,,, ) but ,also, walking and hiking by bicycle, quad, off-road and horseback to explore and discover one of the most preserved and secret territories of the whole island : from the memory of the art of the typical knife of Arbus (L'arburesa) ,to the magic of mining secrets (Montevecchio, Ingurtosu, Naracauli , with the mine shafts and mining architecture now for decades abandoned to its slow becoming . ...), from the most intriguing trekking excursions : the path of Santa Barbara, the walk on the sleeping giant (Arcuentu), the adventure along the Ingurtosu river path leading to the Gal well, the discovery of Funtanazza and its fossils, to the food delicacies of our area : the cheese and ricotta cheese of the black sheep of Arbus, the secrets of Sardinian cuisine of the agritourisms, the freshly caught fish ...
These are just a few "cues" that each person can savor when he or she arrives at Gutturu 'e Flumini but what remains in everyone, at the end of this trip to our little corner of paradise, is simply the realization of a dream through a vacation that , become reality, turns into the desire to return as soon as possible...!
