Inside, there is ample storage, featuring a spacious closet for coats and shoes, as well as a skylit walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

Laundry is a breeze with the washer and dryer in the nearby closet.



The master bedroom is generously sized and connects seamlessly to the main living area through elegant French doors.



Enjoy the open concept living, dining, and kitchen space, complete with a cozy breakfast nook for two and three stylish barstools at the kitchen counter.

Revel in the beauty of brand new appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and french press. The space exudes modern charm with its original hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, and trim.



We prioritize cleanliness through approved disinfectants and thorough cleaning practices.

Located in a beautiful, historic part of Bedford overlooking the Bedford Basin. Close to local shops, Izzy's Bagels, and Mudwraps to Manicures if you're looking to have a relaxing spa day. Minutes to the Lion's Den Swimming Pool, Bedford Yacht Club, beautiful parks along the Bedford Basin, public basketball and tennis courts. Highly recommend a walk along shore drive, one of the most beautiful streets in Nova Scotia.



Getting Around:

Main bus route located on the opposite side of the building and makes getting to and from downtown Halifax super easy. One parking space is included. Extremely walkable neighbourhood. Bayers Lake, Downtown Halifax, Downtown Dartmouth, and Airport only a 20 minute drive. Bedford is a central hub for those looking to explore all Nova Scotia has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bedford, this apartment offers a lively atmosphere near train tracks, while ensuring peaceful sleep with bedrooms located in a quiet rear area. Please note that the grand staircase may present challenges for those with mobility limitations or disabilities.



Cable TV is not available.



PARKING:

In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Kindly ensure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10, valid until 11:00 am.

- The guest will be notified before 11:00 am to extend parking.
