Free Wi-Fi is available.<br>Fully equipped kitchenette: Sink, glass-ceramic stovetop, multifunction oven (convection, microwave, broiler), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking and dining essentials (pots, pans, stew pot, salad bowls, serving dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs...)<br>Blankets, a comforter, and pillows are provided, as well as basic cleaning supplies: cleaning sprays, disinfectant, dish towels, and dishcloths<br>You are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay. We ensure that the apartment is clean when you arrive. If not, please consider purchasing a policy.<br> A security deposit of 300 euros is required to cover potential damage or inadequate cleaning of the apartment (typically deducted directly by the booking platform you used, or, if not, no later than the day of your arrival (details will be provided to you)).<br> Since the COVID-19 pandemic, at the request of the booking platforms, we have implemented a “self-check-in and self-check-out” process. As this procedure has been well-received by our guests, we have decided to make it a permanent feature. Instructions for picking up the keys and accessing your apartment will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, as soon as it is ready.<br> Unfortunately, since 2023, paid parking has been in effect (9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2 p.m.–7 p.m.—first hour free) in part of Berck-Plage from May 1 through September 30, as well as during the All Saints’ Day school break.
